As award-winning developers in our own right, via our Regenta development arm, we know what makes a successful scheme. From land valuation and site optimization through to contractor management and sales and marketing strategy, our clients benefit from our passion and knowledge of the property industry whilst bringing their own vision to life.

Established over 35 years ago with a focus on sales, our vision and drive has allowed us to grow into a trusted consultancy partner, adding value across every aspect of the development process.

What We Do.

Operating in and around London, SiteSales provides a range of services to developers, housing associations, local authorities and registered charities.

We have delivered successful outcomes on housing schemes ranging in size from 10 to over 1000 new homes. Our services are comprehensive. We offer advice on all aspects of speculative housing, site appraisal, planning processes, detailed design, internal and external specification and construction, as well as sales, marketing and after-sales support.

The important partnerships with our clients helps to ensure minimum risk and maximum return is always our number one objective. We are also able to build our own homes for sale through our sister company, Regenta. Working on a wide range of projects, the Regenta team welcomes opportunities to work with new clients interested in land disposal or joint-venture projects. This extension of our business model also enables staff to understand the real pressures and challenges of residential development, as well as gaining crucial construction knowledge.

Our Services

Social Value

Since our conception, we’ve supported charities and causes of all sizes. This work forms part of our wider dedication to social value, with SiteSales providing services and fundraising efforts, raising thousands of pounds in the process.

SiteSales have been supporting Barnardo’s for several years. We worked in conjunction with Barnardo’s developments to create the award winning Barnardo’s Garden Village in Barkingside. The final phase finished in 2018 but our work continues with further fundraising efforts to support the charity, such as taking part in the Tough Mudder.

Working in Housing, we regard homelessness as a very important issue. We offer a range of services and fundraising efforts to support homeless shelters and soup kitchen’s such as Solace Women’s Aid, Shelter, Refuge, 999 Shelter, Branches and Christian Kitchen.

At Branches Shelter, Walthamstow, we furnish and fully equip 3x starter homes per year. We also support Jeff Brazier with his BZR community therapy movement by sponsoring his Sunday therapy walks. Well done to SiteSales’ Campaign Manage, for successfully completing the London Marathon on behalf of the NSPCC.
