New Shared Ownership homes are currently underway in Loughton, Epping Forest. Phase 1 will have a collection of 14 Shared Ownership properties consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments which are launching on Saturday 30th September. Network Homes will be offering Shared Ownership properties as part of a bigger development being built by Fairview New Homes. Situated in close proximity to both Loughton and Debden.
