The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery high quality and accurate research reports for our clients monthly. SiteSales are continuously working on several tenders simultaneously which the Head of Market Research will also be expected to contribute essential intelligence towards.
SiteSales’ subsidiary business Regenta will require pricing information to support any potential land deals that are going ahead at any one time. The Regenta land team are continuously searching for new development opportunities, and they would expect an input on intelligence from the HOMR.

The successful candidate will be a keen sales person, extremely well presented, articulate and self-motivated, with good time management skills and an ability to cope with pressurised environments.
