Our experience is extensive, having delivered solutions on a wide range of projects encompassing all tenures, throughout London and the home counties. We specialise in tailoring sales and marketing programmes to deliver efficiency in terms of cost and cash collection, ensuring we keep voids to a minimum. We do this on up to, and occasionally over, 1000 properties per year.

Unlike high street estate agents, we deal only with the disposal of new homes - making our service unique and ensuring that methodology is very much a ‘new homes’ offer. This, in turn, protects value and improves customer experience. Our sales team is large and draws on private sector and housing association experience, ensuring that single and mixed tenure schemes are managed to the highest standards.

Our marketing team are flexible in their ability to support the wide variety of schemes we deal with, drawing on the services of some of London's leading design agencies. This enables SiteSales to deliver marketing components that are both within budget and of the highest quality - comparing well with London's leading developers.
