SiteSales secures fantastic Waltham Forest contract

Site Sales Property Group are excited to report that we have scored a string of project wins in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

In late 2021 we secured a contract to sell and market three key sites in the upcoming development programme for the fast-changing north-east London borough. These include Leyton Green Road: 47 outright sale houses and apartments; Juniper House: a mix of 68 shared ownership and outright sale apartments; and Central Parade: a mix of 19 shared ownership and outright sale apartments. All will be coming to the market mid 2022.

We are providing the borough with a full sales and marketing service, which will range from individually branding the schemes and producing full marketing collateral, to advertising them, installing show homes and marketing suite’s and driving Waltham Forest’s desired sales rate – with a dedicated sales team for each development.

In addition, and in line with our ambitions to grow the sales programme to 2500 units per year by 2025, our development company Regenta secured a successful planning decision at the Waltham Forest in December which will deliver a scheme of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments to Walthamstow with an off-site contribution of £400,000; funds that will go towards improving the local area and it’s social amenities.

Together these projects will mean that we as a group have over 150 Waltham Forest homes in the pipeline.
