Our aim at SiteSales is to provide a full range of exemplary development, sales and marketing services to support any client in their development ambitions – across London and the home counties. We help buy sites and we assist in design; we work with contractors and we also undertake our own developments; we market, we promote, and we sell.

We take on failing schemes and close them out, while remaining humble about our successes. We add value and we reduce risk. Yes, we’ve been around a while and grown organically; for over two decades we have been operating these functions and many more.

We’ve been privileged to work on some stellar landmark schemes (704 units at Athletes Village, dispatched in 18 months, among many others) and continue to do so. We are a business with a commercial brain and a charitable heart. These two dynamics were harmonised beautifully in our work partnering Barnardo’s on a multi award-winning scheme in East London.

Over the years we have been an integral part of the evolution of the ‘not for profit’ sector and are proud to have assisted so many organisations on their individual paths into speculative development, as well as having many private developer clients. Our services are delivered by highly experienced and expertly trained staff; we have all skill sets represented – from site acquisition, legal frameworks, financial modelling, architectural design (inside and out) and construction, to marketing, sales and after care – and are committed to providing the highest levels of service from pre-commencement to handover and beyond.
