The Cheshunt Magistrates Court scheme in Hertfordshire consisted of 8 houses, built in a traditional style, drawing inspiration from the adjacent Edwardian library and is a great example of this.
This scheme was a resounding success with all homes placed under reservation on the first day of launch and also was shortlisted for Best Small Development at the FTB Awards.
Regenta continue to generate a healthy pipeline of projects, now approaching one-hundred units (to be delivered by 2020) with the acquisitions team continually looking for new development opportunities.
